2. Verification and Review
Once we receive your information we will verify and compile all relative information from public records.
Our underwriting team then analyzes all data and shapes our offer around you.
3. Lets make a deal!
We will send your offer via email and call to set up a time to go over the details.
If you are satisfied and wish to proceed we will send over our purchasing agreement
to be signed via docusign.
4. Inspection
One of our team members will do a quick and basic inspection at the date and time of your choice.
If you can't be there it is no problem, as you are not required to be at the inspection.
5. Closing
Our closings are geared around you! You pick the date and even the place.
We send a mobile signing agent to you at the time of your choice.
Everything can be done from the comfort of your home.
